Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a refund (less shipping and administrative costs) if faulty. This cost will also apply to cancelled orders if a credit card has been used, as charges apply for receiving a payment. Please note that according to the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, we do not have to give you a refund if you change your mind or just did not like the goods or they did not suit you, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Shipping
Shipping per item within New Zealand is $12.  Orders over $1000 will have free shipping.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

 Payment

Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or Credit Card.  A small surcharge is added to items under $600 when paying by credit card.  This helps us to keep our prices as low as possible.

Warranty

 Most items are covered by the following warranty. 1 Year Parts; 90 Days Labour . Please check individual items for any change to this.

Warranty is applied on return to the base, so it will be  sent  back to the manufacturer.
