Online Store Only We do not have a retail store. This helps us to cut costs and pass the savings on to you. Quality Cameras is an internet based company that parallel imports quality cameras, mobile phones and accessories directly to you. We do not hold the stock at our registered address. Our aim is to provide a wide choice of products at significantly lower prices. Our products are legitimate branded cameras not copies and come from overseas. We are a registered New Zealand company who will provide you with a GST receipt (on request) and a 1 year warranty on all cameras. Please refer to individual items for specific warranty details.
Making Contact It's best to email. We are not always on site to give you a clear answer by phone. We always have email access and like to respond as quickly as we can. We understand many customers shop online in the evening and weekends, so we try to be available online during these times. Please use the contact form on the "contact us" page.
Opening Hours: 24/7 You can shop with us at any time of the day from the relaxed position of your computer, however we do not answer the phone out of general working hours. Feel free to leave a clear message or email us.
Payment You can pay by direct credit via Internet Banking or credit card through the secure Paypal site.
Credit Card: There is an extra 3% charge for us when you pay by credit card, therefore we love it when you pay by direct credit. It keeps your prices low. We have had to add the credit card charge on to some of our smaller cameras to keep the general prices low. We use Paypal for a secure online payment.
Direct Credit: This option allows you to pay by Direct Credit (via Internet/Online banking) or bank deposit for your order. If this option is selected, bank account details will be emailed to you with your order confirmation.
Shipping No Pick ups. We do not hold stock at our registered address. We have a standard rate of $12 per order. FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $1000.
Shipping times are approx 3 to 5 business days after payment is cleared.
If you have a particularly large order, or have seen a product on our site cheaper somewhere else, please use the Contact Us page and we will try to do a better price for you.
Products Available Looking for something in particular? Our website is always a work in progress with more products being added regularly. If you need something in particular, contact us (preferably by email) and we will be happy to assist.
Sometimes an item can go out of stock very quickly - we try to show this on our site as soon as we can, but please accept our apologies if you are asked to wait for your order. We will inform you as quickly as we can if there is any hold up on your order.
We have an interest in photography and look forward to sourcing the best deals for you. Please feel free to suggest makes and models you think we should sell. We will do our best to find new items.
Please note that although all stock comes with a manual, this may be in paper or CD form, dependent on availability.
Prices All prices include GST. Prices may change weekly as new deals become available, so pop in often to check our best prices. If you see an item for a ridiculous price (eg. $1) then you can be sure an error has been made. We reserve the right to rectify our honest error and cancel an order or offer you the item at a reasonable market value price. We do our best to not let this happen, but we are only human and mistakes can be made.
